Ordering your requirements is a very simple process. Just browse through the designs and select your choice of the card design, the size, quantity, and number of pages you require. All these details can be sent to us via email or enquiry form available in product details page. Upon receiving your email, we will analyze your requirements and promptly come back to you with the best costing for your selection. Additionally, kindly mention if the material has to be door delivered. If so, please send us your complete postal address. The quotes can be given with or without door delivery charges.
2. How do I pay for my order?
After submitting the Feedback Form, you will get a suitable and very competitive price quote for items ordered.
Just go through the price offer and if you find it suitable, mail your written consent to us. On getting your approval and consent for placing order, we will send you the bank details for wire transfer of the funds. It is a safe and secure way of transferring the funds and it takes minimum of 2–4 working days.
Work on your order will start as soon as the fund is credited in our companys account. Kindly send us the text material (as Ms.Doc file) and photographs as soon as the payment is made. We assure you of our highest standards of professionalism and work quality in every respect!
3. How do I get my invitation cards printed? What is the complete procedure?
Just select the design from our web site and intimate us of your choice either via the Enquiry Form or via an e-mail. Kindly send the text you will need in the brochure or invite as MS.doc file, and page wise photographs of your selection. Our team at Shastra Cards will design the card according to the selected design and will send a draft of layout as jpeg image.
The cards will not be undertaken for final printing unless you approve the proofs to be all correct. If required, our team will send you more than one draft.
4. Can I order samples of Invitation cards before placing a bulk order?
Due to certain constraints we will not be able to provide/sell the sample. However, we request you to kindly go through the sample designs displayed on our site. If required, we will also suggest the best suitable color scheme for the costume colors.
5 . How long it takes to complete the order?
Once you see the sample design and finalize the proofs, we take the job for printing. We will ship the cards immediately after they are ready and will intimate you about the delivery details. The approximate timeline is as follows:
- 2–3 working days for the first draft of design
- 2–5 working days for the for the print process to complete after your final approval
- 4–5 days for the material to reach your destination.
Going by a safe estimate, we can say that it will normally take about 10–15 days to the complete all the steps right from design to printing.6. Do you provide add-on cards e.g. RSVP, Thank You cards?
Yes, we provide a full range of Save The Date cards, RSVP cards, Thank You, Directions card, add-on cards and Guest-placement cards.
7. Do you print Personalized Guest books?
Yes, We do and we have a wide range of Guest book in three different Patterns (Silver/Gold/Platinum)
8. Do I have to pay any other additional taxes/levies/duties?
Yes, VAT charges, custom duties, local charges, and any other charges by bank (as applicable) must be borne by you. As different countries have different charges for VAT/custom duty and other taxes, we cannot calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on shipments outside India.
9. Are there any delivery charges?
Yes, delivery/shipping charges have to be borne by the customer only. Delivery charges are detailed after you enter your personal details but prior to completing your order, thus enabling us to send you the costing of shipping. Thus the shipping charges are made along with the payment of the main order itself.
10. I am not in India. Can I still make a purchase?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world and deliver anywhere on time. Our rich repository of NRI and global clients are a testament to our commitment.
11. How are the cards dispatched?
Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our office in Chennai if so desired. Otherwise, we use the services of FEDEX/DHL. Usually, the cards are delivered to the customers between 3–6 days of dispatch from our side. You can track the delivery status by using www.fedex.com / www.dhl.com with the help of tracking number provided by us.
